60 minute session that begins with breath-work meditation leading into 4 restorative yoga positions with hands-on massage work to enhance the practice and stretch

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Due to COVID-19, if you or someone in your household has become sick or has been in contact with someone who has tested positive you may cancel without 24 hour notice. No call/no shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance for appointment will be charged for the full price of the session.
