When you are relaxed, your body feels safe and restored. Your mind is calm and grounded. As a Certified Yomassage Therapist and Licensed Massage Therapist, my goal for every class is to activate the parasympathetic nervous system to foster a deeper mind-body connection, instill mindfulness, and relax tight musculature.

Each Yomassage session begins with the breath. A series of restorative yoga positions follow, each held for 8-10 minutes. While in the positions, massage techniques are given to deepen the relaxation experience.

Through breathwork, visualization, mindfulness, touch, and gentle stretch every Yomassage session with bring you a sense of peace during the class and throughout the rest of your daily life.

60 minutes | $70
90 minutes | $105

Off-Site classes available for up to 5 participants
   90 minutes | $175

Only requirement for the class is that you are physically able to get up and down from the floor unassisted. All mats and props are provided, however if you would like to bring your own yoga mat, that is acceptable.
